GO TELL THE BEES THAT I AM GONE (aka "BEES") is the ninth book in my OUTLANDER series of novels which focus on Jamie Fraser and Claire Beauchamp Randall Fraser. BEES follows WRITTEN IN MY Ain HEART'S Claret, aka "MOBY," which is the eighth book in my OUTLANDER series.

Sometimes they question whether risking the perils of the 1700s—among them disease, starvation, and an impending state of war—was indeed the safer option for their family.

Not so far away, young William Ransom is notwithstanding coming to terms with the discovery of his true father's identity—and thus his ain—and Lord John Grey has reconciliations to make, and dangers to run across, on his son's behalf, and his ain.

Meanwhile, the Revolutionary War creeps ever closer to Fraser's Ridge.  And with the family finally together, Jamie and Claire take more at stake than ever before.


Information Virtually Creating BEES

Where did the title for this book come up from? Talking to your bees is a very quondam Celtic custom (known in other parts of Europe, also) that made it to the Appalachians. You always tell the bees when someone is born, dies, comes or goes—considering if you don't keep them informed, they'll fly away.

I finished writing and doing the enquiry for BEES in March, 2021. Until November 23, it will go through the publication process.
